Orders placed in our online store

Pieces you design and buy at store.fiddlestickscr.com are sold under the terms shown in the store at checkout, including pricing, payment, shipping, and returns. If those terms differ from these, the store's terms apply to your order.

Quotes and custom work

• A quote is an estimate, not a contract. Work starts only after you approve the quote in writing, and nothing is engraved until you approve a proof.
• Prices and turnaround in a quote depend on the details you give us. If the quantity, material, artwork, or deadline changes, the quote may change too.
• Any deposit, payment, or cancellation terms for a job will be spelled out in the quote.

Your artwork and text

When you send us a logo, design, photo, or text to engrave, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You give us permission to use it only to make your order. We may turn down work that we believe infringes someone else's rights, or that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing.

Showing our work

We sometimes photograph finished pieces for our website and social media. If you would rather we did not show yours, tell us when you order and we will not.

Natural materials

Wood, leather, slate, and other natural materials vary in grain, color, and texture, and each takes an engraving a little differently. That variation is part of the piece and is not a defect. Your proof shows the layout, not the exact look of the finished material.

Content on this site

The photos, text, logos, and design of this site belong to FiddleSticks or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Testimonials are shared with the permission of the people who wrote them.

Links to other sites

This site links to our online store and to a few outside services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run.

No warranty on the website
